Where have we been?

Since our launch in February 2024, we've proudly staffed a wide range of events, from major sell out stadium shows to multiple conferences at London's Excel.

In the sports sector, our team has been active at Twickenham, where we managed a scrum machine for a brand activation. We also provided an Event Control Team for the UEFA Champions League Final at Wembley Stadium, ensuring the smooth and safe operation of fanzones.

A month later, we revisited Wembley and several other major UK stadiums as part of a nationwide tour. We'll share more details once the tour concludes later this year.

We’ve been delighted to welcome back two returning events to The Occasionall Group where we supplied full ticketing teams for Leeds Castle Classical and The London Tattoo, . Throughout the year, we've also staffed numerous concerts, including performances by The Darkness, MIKA, and JLS.

At conferences, we made our mark at several events at The Excel, kicking off with the AWS Summit. While we manage silent discos at festivals with Festivall Staff, we also provide experienced personnel to organise and distribute headsets at corporate conventions, such as Reply Xchange.

Our Brand Ambassadors have represented well-known brands like Coca-Cola and El Jiminor across the country, drawing on key marketing and sales experience. We've also sent staff to private events to represent clients or brands in office buildings and even within Westminster Abbey.
