Where have we been?

Or should we say, “Where haven’t we been?!”

There’s a good chance you’ve seen our green hi-vis’ in a field or at an event since Festival Staff launched in 2021. From managing the gates at Belladrum in the Scottish Highlands and Boardmasters in Cornwall to running the campsites at Wales’ biggest festival, In It Together, we do it all.

We have successfully managed Gigantic Ticket’s on-site operations from day one, both at festivals and festive light trails. In 2023, we provided Kilimanjaro and UK Live with a gate management team for their UK-wide Let’s Rock series. We returned to both Black Deer and We Are FSTVL, where we have provided large gate teams for several years in a row. Junction 2 utilised our staff for their sustainability team, while we exceeded 100 staff in a variety of roles for Brighton Pride. Pride weekend nicely wraps up three weeks in Brighton, where we also provided gate teams, information points, and VIP staff for On The Beach.

In 2024, we are proud to say that not only have we returned to previous events with larger teams, or in some cases, multiple teams, but we have also expanded to many new festivals. One of these is the iconic Glastonbury Festival, where our team of Events Assistants helped build and take down Camp Kerala over a three-week period. Continuing with the Glastonbury theme, we also supplied See Tickets with Event Assistants at the Glastonbury Coach Park, where our staff welcomed festival-goers leaving the event, scanned their tickets, and directed them to the correct coach before heading to their final destination.

We’ve reached (almost) every corner of the UK this summer, with multiple events in Scotland, Wales, and England. In 2023, we sent four staff to Belladrum Tartan Heart Festival, but in 2024, we returned with over 50 staff across the entire event. We have taken on more tours in 2024 than ever before, travelling all around the country with our staff for events such as TotFest, RaverTots, and BrickFest, where we assisted in Edinburgh, Birmingham, and Milton Keynes.
